You are welcome to drop-in as and when you can,
but booking is advisable to guarantee a space.
MEMBERSHIP: £20 gives you discount on the classes & workshops.

Yoga & Movement for Beginners
6-7.15pm £15 for the 3 lessons
Explore techniques to unwind tensions in your body and mind.
Classes will include breathing techniques, the Sun Salute and other Hatha Yoga postures.
PLEASE NOTE: This class will not continue on a Monday,
however, once you have attended the Beginners you can confidently join any class on offer with myself
or the other teachers at the Studio

Set your alarm, fall out of bed, splash on some clothes and mosey on down for ER.

Outdoor Movement & Walking Meditation

Chair Yoga is perfect if you have limited range of motion, as there is no need to get up and down off the floor!
The class includes relaxation, chair-based and standing movements, and a mini shoulder massage
(only if you would like one!).
Gentle Yoga & Movement
2.30-4pm £8.50 (members £7.50) (BEST TO BOOK)
This gentle class includes slow, exploratory movements,
encouraging softness to create length in the spine and openness in all the joints of the body....
finishing off with a long relaxation.
5.45-6.45pm £6.50 (members £5.50)
Based on Sun Salutes from various Hatha Yoga traditions,
we flow through a series of more well-known postures to balance strength with flexibility.
Sometimes we spend time on specific elements and postures,
so is a great class if you want to build on strength the 'yoga' way.

If you really want to unwind tensions, mental and physical, then this class is ideal,
especially if you've had a busy week or day.
We do most of the movements on the floor (I get severely glared at if any standing is involved!),
freeing up tensions surrounding the spine and working slowly to really 'feel' where the tensions lurk.
Most folk arrive for 7pm to get extra time in relaxation, so feel free to come early.
